Western Digital Scholarship Programs

If you’re a financially struggling student chasing a STEM-related career and belonging to an underrepresented community, you may be qualified for this scholarship program. The dependents of the Wester Digital Employees are also encouraged to submit their application.

The general eligibility criteria include that applicants must be an undergrad currently attending an accredited post-secondary school as a full-time student, hold at least a 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate a financial need. Scholars can receive up to $5,000 worth of assistance.


Samsung@First Scholars

Samsung Semiconductor Inc. strengthens its support to Silicon Valley by establishing a Samsung@First Scholars Program. This initiative aims to help aspiring technologists, scientists, engineers, and mathematicians be future leaders.

This program’s general eligibility requirements include currently being enrolled in the senior year of their undergraduate studies, who is recently accepted to a postgraduate program, enrolled in one of the Bay Area schools, and taking up STEM or CISE-related disciplines. Those college-bound students are welcome to apply as long as they intend to enroll as full-time students in a California-based college or university. Applicants must meet the GPA requirement, at least 3.0. The award amount is worth up to $12,000.


Boren Scholarships

Boren Scholarships & Fellowships are funded by the National Security Education Program and managed by the Institute of International Education. This is open to students taking up one of the degree programs specified on Boren’s website. 

Interested students must meet the criteria that include planning to enroll in a STEM-related discipline and write an essay about the web page’s topic. The award amounts vary and will depend on the study abroad duration, from $8,000 to $25,000. The applicant can decide to apply to one of the regional flagship language initiatives provided or design their preferred study program.


SBB Research Group STEM Scholarship

SBB Research Group is an investment management company specializing in products tailored to protect and develop investor capital. 

The company wants to empower students who wish to attend higher education by offering a scholarship. To be eligible, students must be studying in a post-secondary school as a full-time student taking up a STEM-related discipline with at least a 3.5 GPA. George Foreman Scholarship

George Foreman is a boxing legend inspired by Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNF) founder Barney Oldfield and President Lyndon Johnson. Foreman, who once had a troubled life, was rescued by Oldfield and eventually became his mentor. To show Foreman’s gratitude to his mentor, he formed a scholarship program for students pursuing a career in the radio or journalism industry.

Interested students must enroll at the University of Texas in Austin to qualify for this program. They should be at their second year or higher upon application taking up journalism, TV, or radio-related discipline as full-time students. As part of the application process, they should submit a sample of their broadcast pieces together with the required documents. The scholar will receive up to $6,000 worth of financial aid.

BUSINESS/COMMUNICATIONS

Communication students can apply for studentships in a variety of professions to further their studies. National and international students might pursue profitable careers in communication or business communication. International institutions provide a variety of communication scholarships to students at all academic levels all over the world. 

Ron Brown Scholar Program

The Ron Brown Scholarship Program awards a total of $40,000—or $10,000 each year—to up to 50 academically gifted and economically disadvantaged high school seniors. RBSP scholars must pursue college degrees in community engagement, public service, entrepreneurship, and other business-related fields.

Overseas Press Club Foundation Scholarship

Graduates and undergraduates studying at American colleges and universities seeking to become foreign correspondents and American students living abroad are invited to apply for one of the Overseas Press Club Foundation’s fellowships and scholarships. 

The winners will be awarded a $2,000 grant or funding for their overseas experience. The OPC Foundation has launched many careers! To apply, you need to submit a Cover letter, resume, and a work sample. 

The deadline for all submissions is December 1, 2021.


Raftelis Leadership Scholarships

Raftelis Leadership Scholarships helps students finance their education as they obtain skills to become future problem solvers. Eligible applicants are those pursuing Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, and related majors. 

Raftelis Leadership actively recruits well-rounded students with experience and initiative. Application is encouraged from students with varied backgrounds and experiences. Scholarship recipients may participate in mentoring and internships through this $5,000 scholarship.

3PL Central Supply Chain Scholarship

Scholarships from 3PL Central Supply Chain support students who want to study supply chain, logistics, and warehousing.  To qualify for the $2,500 scholarship, you should be a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student pursuing a major related to Operations Management and other related areas in an accredited school. You should also have about 30 to 45 quarter hours to be completed.

The deadline for applications will be on December 1, 2021.

Price It Here, Inc. Annual Scholarship Program

Price It Here is an online source for consumers who wish to compare prices of almost everything in the market, from hotel accommodations, software, electronics to various services rendered. It has partnered with a plethora of major suppliers from different industries.

The company wants to support college-bound students who plan to enroll in business-related disciplines. It awards two lucky undergraduates in marketing, business management, business, sales, or advertising fields every year. To qualify, students must be attending as a full-time student in an accredited post-secondary school. He was recognized for his outstanding service, kindness, and passion for fire service. The Community Foundation of Northern Illinois (CFNIL), which manages the Chief David G. Bailey Fire Science Scholarship, is a philanthropic group that creates grants and scholarships to charitable organizations and students.

To be eligible, students must be at least 18 years old or above upon application, a firefighter, enrolled in a post-secondary institution taking up fire-related courses. Their commanding officer must approve their courses. They should be serving in one of the fire departments in Boone, Stephenson, Ogle, or Winnebago County. Airgas – Jerry Baker Scholarship

Airgas is a major gas company that supplies to medical and industrial sectors. The company is aware of the significance of education to the welding industry. To help promote this cause, the organization created a scholarship program in honor of one of their devoted leaders, Jerry Baker, a passionate President of Kentucky Airgas, and served for several years.

Interested applicants must be enrolled in a welding engineering discipline or anything related to qualifying for this program. Missouri Corn Scholarships

The Missouri Corn Growers Association and Missouri Corn Merchandising Council are awarding $1000 scholarships to high school seniors and college juniors living in farms and rural areas in Missouri.

Candidates for the high school scholarship should be planning to enroll in a two- or four-year Agronomy or related degree program in a Missouri college or university. College scholarship applicants must be in their junior year of the same major. 

Applications are accepted on or before December 15, 2021.


Iowa Farm Bureau Scholarships

Many of Iowa’s county farm bureaus and the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) will be awarding these scholarships to college students at the state and local levels:

  • IFBF State Scholarships – Up to $10,000 Per Recipient
  • Local County Farm Bureau Scholarships

A Farm Bureau scholarship is offered to members of good standing or their children who have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and attending a college or technical school.

Scholarships will next be awarded between November 2021 and February 2022.


ExtremeTerrain Student Scholarship Program

The company will award two $2,500 scholarships, which will be given for Spring and Fall semesters. If you’re a student studying fields like Environmental Research, Environmental Studies, Sustainable Agriculture Systems, Land Use, and Earth and Atmosphere Studies, you can apply for this scholarship.

Finance majors understand money and know that paying for college might be challenging in today’s uncertain market. Claudia K. Salewske Memorial Scholarship

The loved ones of Claudia Salewske formed the scholarship program to honor her legacy as an English instructor for more than two decades. She was a compassionate teacher to her student and very devoted to her love for teaching, writing, and literature. The scholarship is funded by her generous family, friends, former students, and community members. 

Students who wish to submit their application must be in their senior year at Gilroy High School, Mt. Madonna High School, or Christopher High School in California. This scholarship opportunity is open to everyone, including international students. All applications must be submitted on or before February 1, 2022.


Arts for Life! Scholarship

Arts for Life! awards 25 scholarships worth $1,000 annually to Florida students who demonstrate excellence in creative writing, dance, drama, music, or visual art. For the past 11 years, more than 550 scholarships have been awarded. 

To apply, you must:

  • be a  graduating senior from a Florida high school. 
  • complete an application form
  • submit a brief essay on the topic “how the Arts have positively influenced my life.”
  • show a portfolio containing experiences related to creative writing, dance, drama, music, or visual art.

Applications for the 2021-22 scholarships will be accepted starting September 1.


BMI Future Jazz Master Scholarship

The BMI Foundation is a non-profit group formed by the top officials of Broadcast Music Incorporated to promote music education through scholarships, awards, grants, commissions, and internships.

The foundation administers an annual scholarship program open to students taking up jazz major or other related programs. To qualify, they must be enrolled in an accredited higher education institution and at least 17 years old. As part of the requirements, they will be asked to submit recordings of their recent performances and other essential documents. The award amount is worth $5,000.


Future Designer Scholarship

CardsDirect is a firm whose business operation focuses on custom printed cards and stationery products in the US.

Interested students can apply for this scholarship program by meeting the eligibility requirements, one of which is they must be 17 years old and attend a post-secondary education institution. Explore Medical Careers Scholarship

Explore Medical Careers is an online resource of the latest medical careers and other related employment topics. The website aims to be a credible source for individuals planning to enter the medical industry, from their education to employment.

The company grants scholarships to college-bound students pursuing medical-related discipline every year. To qualify, students must be legal citizens of the US and pursue a medical-related job following their graduation. They will also need to submit proof of acceptance and a 1000-word essay about the topic found on the provider’s website. The award amounts range from $500-$1,500.


Franklin D. Boyce Health Scholarship

This scholarship program is created to help students passionate about joining the healthcare industry financially. 

To be eligible, applicants must have the following:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited higher education school
  • Have a full-time status
  • Taking up one of the specified fields of study

All documents and essays must be submitted before the deadline on August 31, 2021.


Medical Scrubs Collection Scholarship

Medical Scrubs Collection is known and one of the biggest online shops for nursing uniforms. Since it was established in 2009, the company continues to supply the latest medical apparel to medical professionals.

The Anthony Narigi Hospitality Scholarship Fund was formed to honor Anthony Nicholas Narigi’s memory, a devoted employee of Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa. This is offered to students who intend to join the hospitality industry.

To qualify, applicants have to live in one of the cities mentioned on the website and take up hospitality-related programs. They also need to meet the GPA requirement of 2.5. There will be five chosen scholars, and the award amounts will be up to $5,000.


Anthony Narigi Hospitality Scholarship Fund

The Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa founded the Anthony Narigi Hospitality Scholarship Fund to honor the legacy of Anthony Nicholas Narigi, a well-respected, long-time staff of the hotel. This is offered to students planning to join the hospitality industry.

Interested applicants must be living in Santa Clara County, Monterey County, San Francisco County, Napa County, Sonoma County, or Contra Costa County. They also have to be currently attending an academic program relevant to the hospitality industry. They should also maintain at least a 2.5 GPA and have completed a minimum of 100 hours in a hospitality workplace. The award amount is up to $5,000, and there will be five chosen recipients of this scholarship.

Military affiliation includes dependents and spouses of military veterans, active-duty soldiers, and those who died in battle, in addition to those who have served. It can even include the grandkids of retired or deceased military personnel. If your parent or grandparent served or is serving in the United States military, you can apply for these scholarships by checking the Military Affiliation box on your profile.

Volunteer for Vets Scholarship

Attorney Pontius founded the Veterans Scholarship to honor his close ties to the military. Eligible applicants are:

  • Pontius Tax Law, PLLC employees and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) only.
  • A US Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, or Coast Guard Reserve service member, or a child of someone who served such agencies.
  • College students or graduate students residing in the US.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing.

Matthews & Swift Scholarship

This scholarship program is administered by the Knights of Columbus and offered to the organization members’ children with good standing and are killed or permanently injured while on duty in the armed forces. Also, those children of firefighters and law enforcers can apply for this program.

Interested students planning to join the program must attend a Catholic college and provide proof of enrollment. They also need to enroll in a bachelor’s degree program and be 26 years old and below upon application. The scholar will receive up to $25,000 worth of financial assistance, which should only cover educational expenses.

The employer/organization/institution scholarships are some of the many various ways to identify and qualify for scholarships. However, this scholarship is overlooked in today’s world of internet scholarship searches. We haven’t forgotten about them, and we have quite a few on our scholarship database.

The Hamilton Award

Alexander Hamilton Scholars’ Hamilton Award recognizes student excellence in academics, service, leadership, and entrepreneurial areas. Forty students across the country are selected each year as Hamilton Award winners and subsequently enrolled in AHS’ five-year Empowerment Program.

The Hamilton Award, through its Empowerment Program, is giving away $500 cash awards for college expenses. Scholars also get a laptop.

EK Insurance LLC is running a video essay contest on any of the three topics:

The Coolidge Scholarship

Offering top-rated car covers for all types of vehicles, Car Covers is giving away a $1,000 scholarship to one undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited college or university for the fall 2021 or spring 2022 school year.

The writer of the best essay on “how to make your car last forever” gets the scholarship prize. All entries are accepted until December 15, 2021.


Smith Scholarship

The Smith Scholarship program helps graduating seniors, including those who are homeschooled, with their educational expenses. Partially and fully funded scholarships range from $500 to $15,000 per year, with additional benefits like internship assistance, learning resources, counseling, and mentorship programs.

Applicants should be actively involved in school and community activities and maintain good academic standing. They need to submit essays, personal statements, and transcripts.

The deadline for all Smith Scholarship applications is January 19, 2022.


Murse World Scholarship

Murse World is offering a $1000 scholarship to the student who can best answer the question: “How do you plan on making the world a better place through your future career?” The essay with the most number of votes gets the scholarship prize. 

The deadline for Muse World Scholarship applications is January 15, 2022.


Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship

The Jackie Robinson Foundation offers financial assistance to college-bound students who demonstrate financial need. To qualify, applicants must show their true potential for community leadership. The deadline for applications is January 12, 2022.


Silicon Valley CF Crain Scholarship

The Silicon Valley CF Crain Scholarship program was established in 1987 through the will of Mildred E. Crain, in memory of Dr. R. Carter Crain. The scholarship amount is up to $5,000.

To apply, you must be a college-bound student with a GPA of 3.5 and demonstrate financial need. Submit all applications on or before January 7, 2022.


Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards

The Helen Diller Family Foundation presents $36,000 each year to 15 Jewish teens from across the country whose leadership and involvement in initiatives make a positive difference to the world. 

You can qualify for the scholarship if you’re a 13- to 19-year-old Jewish taking on a leadership role in a worthwhile project. Applications must be submitted by January 7, 2022.


Too Cool to Pay for School Scholarship

The Too Cool to Pay for School offers scholarships to pay for room and board, technology, books, and other educational expenses. Applicants should be high school, college, or graduate students or planning to enroll within two years.

To apply, check the terms and conditions of the scholarship program and fill out the online form. The quarterly application deadline falls in March, June, September, and December every year. 

The recipients will be announced on the website.


AbbVie Immunology Scholarship

Students living with chronic inflammatory diseases can apply for the AbbVie Immunology Scholarship to receive financial support. The scholarship for students who are diagnosed with one of the following conditions:

  • Crohn’s disease (CD)
  • Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)

#RAREis Scholarship Fund

The #RAREis Scholarship Fund offers scholarships worth $5,000 to 32 vocational or technical undergraduate or graduate students as of the upcoming semester. Apply if you are a US resident diagnosed by a physician with any rare disease, regardless of your treatment status.

The deadline for submissions is May 6, 2022.


Union Plus Scholarship

Union Plus offers $500 to $5,000 scholarships to students who can prove exceptional academic abilities and social awareness. Candidates must have a 3.0 GPA, submit an essay, and demonstrate financial need to be considered. 

Applications must be in by January 31, 2022. Previous applicants who were not selected may reapply.


SOAR to College Scholarship

SOAR to College Scholarships is offering two $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors cancer survivors and fighters. Applicants must be US residents and high school seniors planning on attending college.

The candidate must submit an essay discussing the topic: How has my experience with cancer impacted my life values and career goals?

John Lennon Scholarships

The John Lennon Scholarship awards student songwriters and composers in contemporary musical genres, namely alternative, pop, rock, indie, electronica, R&B, and experimental scholarships totaling $20,000.

This yearly scholarship program was established in 1997 by Yoko Ono and granted in partnership with Gibson Musical Instruments to honor the memory of one of the greatest songwriters of the 20th century, John Lennon.

College students 17 to 24 years old are welcome to submit their compositions.


Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship Programs

Students in high school, college undergrad, and graduate school can become part of the Jack Kent Cooke Scholars network of 3,000 recipients. Apply for any of these programs within these application dates:


The Marilynn Smith Scholarship

The Marilynn Smith Scholarship Fund and The LPGA Foundation give out scholarships to female high school seniors who have participated in competitive golf in high school or their communities and intend to play the sport at or near an accredited university or college.

Taco Bell Foundation Live Mas Scholarship

To support the next generation of leaders, Taco Bell Foundation offers students the Live Más Scholarship (pronounced “Liv maws”). Applicants must create a video entry answering any of the following questions:

  • What is your passion, and how are you currently pursuing it?
  • How do you plan to use your passion to uniquely make a positive change in your community or the world?
  • How will your education help enable you to pursue your passion and make a change?

Videos as short as 30 seconds or as long as 2 minutes are accepted.


Employment Boost College Scholarship

College-bound high school students and college students pursuing any major qualify for the Employment Boost College Scholarship. Recipients get two $1,000 scholarships every quarter.  

Students pursuing a Business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) major can apply for a second scholarship.

The deadline for applications is January 1, 2022.


American Atheists Scholarships

American Atheists is giving away two $1,000 O’Hair Scholarships and four $500 President’s Scholarships. As part of its efforts to recognize atheist activism in LGBTQ equality, American Atheists also offers two $500 Chinn Scholarships for LGBTQ Atheist Activism.

The scholarships are offered to college-bound students, vocational students, and Law or graduate students. A GPA of 2.5 is required. Check out their page or sign up to get information on the 2022 scholarship deadlines.


Bumblebee Linens $500 Scholarship

The Bumblebee Linens invites undergraduates and graduate students at accredited US universities to apply for the one-time $500 scholarship.

Applicants must submit a 1,000-word essay about a life-changing event. There is no GPA requirement or application form. The deadline for applications is August 22, 2022.


Around the Corner from College – $1,000 Scholarship

US citizen or US resident high school students may apply for the Around the Corner from College Scholarship. Applicants must complete the application form and express the ways they best prepare for college.

Submissions are accepted every December 31 and June 30 every year. $1,000 will be awarded to one winner in each application period.


The Christophers Video Contest for College Students

The Christophers is looking for college students who can produce the short film or video (5 minutes or less) that best reflects the organization’s mission and belief that one person can make a difference. The video must be submitted only and reflect the “One Person Can Make a Difference” theme.

Three winners will receive $2,000, $1,000, and $500 each. The deadline for submissions is January 16, 2022.


Nashville Songwriting Scholarship

Nashville Songwriting Scholarships are open to students who compose country, Americana, blues, bluegrass, folk, pop, and rock songs. The composer of the best original entry will get a $5,000 scholarship.

Singer Kacey Musgraves, a Grammy-winning recording artist and BMI songwriter, facilitates and endorses this competition.


Equitable Excellence Scholarship

Through its Excellence Scholarship, Equitable will award $5,000 scholarships each year for four years—or a total of $20,000—per student. The company will also pick 100 winners for its one-time $2,500 scholarship awards.

Candidates should submit an essay on pursuing the impossible, demonstrating strength in handling challenges, and sharing wisdom with others.

Applications are due December 17, 2021, or when 10,000 applications are received, whichever is sooner.


Grow My Ads $1,000 Scholarship Program

A deserving student can receive a $1,000 financial award from Grow My Ads. Applicants should be enrolled in accredited colleges within the United States or accepted into university programs for summer 2022.

Leaders Save Lives Scholarship Program 

American Red Cross offers the Leaders Save Lives scholarship for students who host a blood drive between December 15, 2021, to January 15, 2022, or within June 1 and August 31, 2022. 

Earn a gift card and qualify for a scholarship if the blood drive collects 25 pints or more.


TrailHeads Blaze Your Own Trail Scholarship

The TrailHeads Blaze Your Own Trail scholarship recipient will receive $1,000 to cover educational expenses. Applicants must be 17 or older and currently a high school senior or an undergraduate or graduate student. 

To apply, send an essay between 600 and 800 words detailing an experience you’ve had and how you overcame it. The deadline is January 14, 2022.


Technology Addiction Awareness Scholarship

DigitalResponsibility.org offers the $1,000 Technology Addiction Awareness Scholarship program to raise awareness of the dangers of excessive screen time. High school, college, and graduate students of any level are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Homeschooled students are qualified, too.

Each applicant will write a full-length 500- to 1,000-word essay about technology addiction. The submission deadline is January 30, 2022.


Sprinkler Supply Store Scholarship

Sprinkler Store is awarding a $500 scholarship to college students and students in their senior year as of spring 2022 attending an accredited U.S. college or university. There is no GPA requirement. 

Applicants must write a 300-word essay on “The Importance of Outdoor Water Conservation” and submit it on or before December 31, 2021.


IvyPanda $1500 Annual Video Contest Scholarship

The best videos created by IvyPanda recipients receive college scholarships every year. There are three topics on which students should create a video this year. Any accredited college student may apply. Please create and upload your videos using either Dropbox or Google Drive, and focus on one or more of the following topics:

This scholarship program awards $1,000 to students who want to pursue any college major. Students are encouraged to identify and act on weaknesses and turn them into strengths by applying for this scholarship. Students aged 15 and older are eligible for this award. To apply, you will need to answer either of the following questions in 3 to 5 sentences:

  1. Name one of your greatest weaknesses?
  2. Why should you try to improve a weakness?

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship

A Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is awarded to high school seniors with academic achievement. Current senior high school students in the US, Puerto Rico, or other DoD schools are eligible. 

Apply if you have the heart to serve, lead, and improve your school and community. You must also have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.

Fly Rides USA Scholarship 2021

This scholarship allows you to earn up to $1000 towards tuition, books, computers, room and board, or any educational expense. Students within the United States who are enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university are eligible to apply to this scholarship program. A GPA is not required, nor are there any application forms.

Applicants must write an essay with 300 words on how cycling can improve health and promote sustainability. The deadline for submissions is December 23, 2021.

The Explorers Club Student Grants

The Explorers Club focuses on honing the future of society by providing exploration grants to students interested in contributing new ideas to research programs. The Club offers two grant programs as part of its public service commitment:

High School Students and College Undergraduates

This grant category fosters a new generation of explorers dedicated to strengthening our scientific understanding of our world. The scholarship is worth $1,500.

Graduate Students and Immediate Post-Doc

This grant type aims to support emerging researchers as they explore and carry out field research. This scholarship ranges from $2500 to $5000.

Ted Rollins Eco Scholarship

Twice a year, Ted Rollins and Valeo Partners awards a $1,000 scholarship to a talented student majoring in a sustainability-related field. Applicants should be senior high schools or college undergraduates who have earned at least ten credits in this academic year’s upcoming semester.

To apply, write an essay outlining your goals and interests regarding sustainability and entrepreneurship.  Applications are due December 1, 2021.


Fullbright Scholar Awards

Over 800 fellowships are awarded annually by Fulbright U.S. Scholars. Whether you are a faculty or administrator at an educational institution, a professional or artist, a journalist or scientist, or an independent scholar outside the academy, you can apply for the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program as they offer scholarships that can fit your needs.

Qualified applicants are American citizens with Ph.D. and other professional degrees. If you have received a Fullbright scholarship in the past, you may still qualify to apply for another one, as long as your application is scheduled two years after the previous scholarship has finished. The U.S. Department of State’s employees and their immediate families are ineligible to receive this grant.

Applicants must complete and submit all requirements on or before September 15, 2021.


Boren Fellowships

Boren Fellowships is a project of the National Security Education Program. Boren Scholars and Fellows will be studying languages in key world regions like Asia, Africa, or the Middle East. After graduation, they must agree to work for a year in the federal government.

The maximum award is up to $25,000, and the duration of the program is 25-52 weeks. All applications are accepted until January 26, 2022.


Clarkston Consulting Scholarship Program

Under the Clarkston Scholars Program, one sophomore majoring in a Life Science-related field and attending a four-year college/university in Pennsylvania will receive a scholarship. This is disbursed once during junior year and once during senior year. Furthermore, during the two-year scholarship award period, the Clarkston Scholar will be mentored by Clarkston Consulting and attend Pennsylvania Bio events.

If interested, check the following criteria to apply:

  • You must be a student in second grade at any of Clarkston’s accredited schools.
  • You should prove your financial need in the family and proclaim being a first-generation college student in the household. 
  • You must be interested in Consulting, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, and Retail Industries.
  • You must agree to interview by February 2022 and be willing to be mentored by staff from Clarkston Consulting.

Fathers for Scholars 

Based on a comprehensive application process, Fathers for Scholars will award students $500.00 in scholarships. The committee members consider academic accomplishments, community service hours, a statement of interest, references, and financial need, among other factors. The recipients will obtain scholarship funds directly from the trade school, community college, university, or certification program facility they are attending.

This scholarship is open for everyone to apply. To qualify, you must meet be a father who wants to be hands-on in parenting. You must demonstrate that you need financial support for your studies.


Hope for Healing Scholarship

By awarding the “Hope for Healing” Scholarship, the organization hopes to encourage the best and brightest students in America to pursue a rewarding and impactful career in the field of addiction and mental health treatment. Students pursuing an academic focus in mental health or addiction medicine are eligible. First-year students and higher-level applicants are expected to have a GPA of 3.0. High school graduate applicants must have a GPA of 3.5.

The selection for the next round of awards will end on February 11, 2022, and the recipients will be announced on March 14, 2022. 


James H. Davis Scholarship

Students can obtain a James H. Davis Scholarship financial aid for undergraduate, post-graduate, or other advanced education programs in Florida to pursue careers in the horticulture industry. Incoming first-year students, sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students planning to attend a Florida community college, college, university, or another post-graduate program are eligible to apply. 

Students who intend to graduate in horticulture or a related field must enroll full-time to be considered a scholar. They require a 2.0-grade point average. 

To apply, fill out and submit this application form on or before January 15, 2022.


MSSA Scholarship Program

The MSSA Scholarship Program supports Minnesota’s health and human services sector by building and supporting a skilled, committed, and passionate workforce in the state and wider Midwest region. This scholarship is subdivided into three categories intended for undergraduates, graduates, and a combination of both (undergraduate or graduate students can apply).

In aid of future professionals in health and human services, MSSA provides $13,500 in scholarships. Scholarships are awarded every year to a total of seven students. Deadlines for submissions will be on January 15 of every year.

Dell Scholars Program

Every year, the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation selects 500 Dell Scholars nationally. Through its partnership with The University of Texas at Austin, the Dell Scholars program offers the following to low-income, highly motivated students who qualify:

  • $20,000 in scholarship
  • A laptop with a 4-year warranty
  • Annual $500 Chegg credits (via Chegg Study) for four years
  • A Scholars Resource Network
  • A professional teletherapy/counseling service
  • Support for “academic, financial, and emotional life challenges”

To qualify for the Dell Scholars program, applicants must:

  • Demonstrate a need for financial assistance
  • Have a 2.4 GPA
  • Be attending and graduating from an accredited high school
  • Be planning on enrolling in an accredited college following high school graduation
  • eligible for the Pell Grant (in the first year of college)

New York Life Award Scholarship

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, presented by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, is partnering with the New York Life Foundation to offer the National New York Life Award, consisting of:

  • Scholarships worth $1,000 for six students
  • State Scholarships worth $500 for two students from each of these states: 
    • Michigan
    • Mississippi

It is open to Grades 7-12 students whose work “explores grief, loss, or bereavement.”

Pioneers of Flight Scholarship

The Pioneers of Flight Scholarship is offered exclusively to full-time Aerospace/Aviation students in accredited universities or four-year colleges. 

To be eligible, applicants should meet these basic requirements:

MPower Global Citizen Scholarship

MPower’s scholarships are for deserving students who are prepared to become globally-minded, multilingual, culturally aware graduates and make their mark in the fields of science, business, and technology.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Obtain admission to or enrollment in a full-time degree program at an accredited US university,
  • Applicants who wish to study in the United States must:
    • Be student visa holders valid in the United States.
    • Have obtained Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) protections
    • Hold a Green Card (permanent residency)

All applications must be in by October 15, 2021.


Fully-Funded Rotary Peace Fellowships

Rotary Peace Fellowships are intended for individuals who have experience working in international relations or peace and conflict prevention. 

To qualify, here are the criteria: 

  • Three-year job experience in a related field.
  • Must be able to explain what their plans are in terms of promoting peace.
  • Must have had lived in Africa, an African, or are part of communities and initiatives from different continents.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Should be willing to understand multiple cultures and prioritize peace.

The Rotary Foundation requires districts to submit endorsed applications by July 1 annually.


Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship

Students know PTK for their scholarship offerings. Two different types of scholarships are available to assist students who plan to transfer to a four-year college after completing an associate degree. Over $1 million in scholarships is offered to students by the PTK Foundation. 

These are the requirements for eligibility and application:

  • Students must be US or permanent citizens. 
  • Applicants should have never attended a university or college in the past. The only exemption is community colleges.
  • Admission applications must be filled out and submitted.

All the applications must be submitted before December 1, 2021.


ADB University of Hawaii Scholarships

Study Full Funded Graduate Degree Scholarships at the University of Hawaii through the ADB Japan Scholarship Program. Students from the United States as well as overseas are eligible for these scholarships. ADB offers this scholarship to 300 students annually.

To qualify, applicants:

  • Must be studying a master’s program in an accredited academic institution.
  • Acquires a bachelor’s degree
  • Should have at least two years of work experience during the time of application.
  • Must be English-proficient.
  • Must be younger than 35 years old.
  • Must be in good health condition.
  • Must agree to go back to their home country after completing their studies.

Applications for the Hawaiian University Scholarships in the United States 2021 are due on December 1, 2021.


300 Bill Gates Scholarships Program 2021

The Bill Gates Scholarship provides opportunities for 300 top students to attain their full potential every year. All Gates Scholars receive full financial aid to attend any college or university in the US that provides leadership development opportunities.

Applicants must meet these requirements:

  • A fourth-grade high school student
  • Should come from different ethnicities such as African-American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Asian & Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic American
  • A US citizen, national, or permanent resident
  • Must have a GPA of 3.3 
  • Must be enrolling as a full-time student of at least an undergraduate program.

The deadline for the application will be on September 15, 2021. This scholarship covers the cost of attendance and includes tuition, fees, room and board, books, transportation, and any other costs the scholar may have.


$2,000 Nitro Scholarship

This scholarship program was formed to help students residing in one of the US states fulfill their academic aspirations. 

Applicants must be legal residents of the country and at least 17 years old and above. There are also a couple of eligibility requirements that interested students should have to be part of the program. The award amount is worth $2,000, and documents must be submitted before the deadline on December 31, 2021.


$2,000 “No Essay” College Scholarship

This scholarship is offered to students of secondary and post-secondary schools. Like most financial assistance programs where they require essays, this one doesn’t.

Interested applicants can submit their entries, and the drawing of winners will be done randomly. The scholarship amount of $2,000 will be used to pay for all education-related costs.


No Essay “You Deserve It” Scholarship

ScholarshipOwl rolled out this scholarship program to help deserving secondary or post-secondary students. 

To be eligible, students should be legal residents in one of the 50 states in America and are 16 years old or older. They have to be officially admitted to college or university. The drawing of the scholarship will begin from June 30 to July 29. The lucky winner will receive up to $2,222. 


DC Tuition Assistance Grant (DCTAG)

Congress formed this financial assistance program to support deserving college-bound students of the District of Columbia.

To apply for this program, students must be enrolled in participating higher education school members. They have to be taking up an accredited program and be legal residents of the District of Columbia. The deadline for the application will be on September 17.


Delete Cyberbullying Scholarship

This scholarship program aims to strengthen the efforts of deleting cyberbullying and invites secondary and post-secondary students to participate. They get to support the initiative while receiving assistance for their academic expenses.

To be eligible, applicants have to be officially enrolled in an accredited college or university. If still in high school, they have to plan on attending a post-secondary school. Their entries must be submitted before the deadline on July 30 and sent to the given address. The criteria for judging the essay are based on content, creativity, and commitment to deleting cyberbullying. The chosen scholar will receive $1,000.

College or University Scholarships

Almost every institution or university, especially for their students, offers at least one scholarship grant. These scholarships are usually quite significant, covering up to the total cost of education for a student. While some of these accolades are well-known, others are more difficult to locate. Major institutions typically give the most significant school-specific scholarships with huge endowments, but this is not always the case, as some tiny liberal arts colleges are likewise committed to providing generous financial help.

Santa Monica College Scholarships

Santa Monica College offers scholarships from $250 to $30,000 to a continuing student, a transferee, or an incoming college student with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Calvin University Academic Scholarships

Academic scholarships at Calvin University are awarded based on the applicant’s high school academic performance. Test-optional applicants must have a GPA that demonstrates academic excellence.

A separate Calvin-sponsored National Merit Scholarships await college-bound students who pick Calvin University as their first-choice university and are named National Merit Finalists by the National Merit Corporation.

The Calvin-sponsored scholarships’ award value is $20,000.

Austin College Music Scholarships

Austin College’s Music Scholarships offer Music majors and non-majors up to $4,000 in educational assistance. The Music Department must endorse this award for renewal each year on the condition that the student has met all performance expectations.

Alert1 Student for Seniors Scholarship

In 2022, Alert1 offers a $500 scholarship to an American student enrolled in a college or university accredited in the U.S. Applicants must write about these topics:

3. How will you help seniors in your chosen career?

The Presidential Scholarship by Eastern Michigan University

High school seniors must apply for Eastern Michigan University’s Presidential Scholarship. Applicants must be enrolled for the first year of college in Fall 2022. You should have a GPA of 3.5. Along with your other application requirements, prepare your official transcripts too.

South Carolina Teaching Fellows Scholarship

Each year, approximately 175 students receive the South Carolina Teaching Fellows Scholarship. Students receive up to $24,000 in funds while completing a degree that leads to a teaching license. In exchange, the scholarship recipient must teach in a South Carolina public school for a year.

To be considered, applicants must complete the requirements on or before December 1, 2021.


Clark University Merit Scholarships

These merit-based awards are given to 60% of Clark University students based on their qualifications and NOT financial need. To inquire about eligibility requirements and the deadline, contact the scholarships coordinator.


Allied Van Lines Scholarship 2021

Allied Van Lines, a moving company in the United States, offers a scholarship program for students majoring in Logistics or related fields. They are currently looking for three scholars, each of whom will receive $1,000.

To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following:

  • Permanent citizen in the US,
  • Currently (or to be enrolled) as a full-time student in an accredited college or university in the United States to complete an undergraduate degree in Logistics or a similar field of study
  • Each applicant may apply once only.

This scholarship is not awarded to any employee or anyone related to the employee of Allied Van Lines. Applications are accepted until December 15, 2021.


North Spore Scholarship the USA

This scholarship is for undergraduate students and high school seniors attending college in the Spring 2022 university program. Students studying Mycology or related fields and pursuing advanced studies are encouraged to apply.

Here are the requirements for application until December 17, 2021:

  • At least 18 years old
  • A student visa holder or legal resident in the United States
  • Academic credit in a full-time course at an accredited US university or college
  • Major in Mycology or pursuing a postgraduate degree in a related field

State Records Public Service Scholarship

The State Records Department, a website that aggregates and collects government-generated data from public sources, will award $1,000 scholarships to applicants who meet these requirements:

  • Filled-out application forms,
  • A personal statement
  • A 1,000- or 1,500-word essay in MLA or APA format,

All applications must be received by State Records on or before September 1, 2021.


Boston University Trustee Scholarship

A BU scholar becomes part of a community that offers diverse opportunities. Competent applicants who excel in their classes and demonstrate active participation in their schools and communities should apply.

These are the application requirements:

  • Complete the Common or Coalition Application form and submit it to the scholarship department.
  • Write a Trustee Scholarship essay and pass it along with the other requirements. 

The application should be submitted on or before December 1, 2021. The coverage for the scholarship includes full tuition and other fees.


Tuition Promise Scholarship

Berea College offers a no-tuition scholarship program. Students will only fork out less than $1,000 for housing, fees, and meals and receive financial assistance for available books. Students should have at least a GPA of 3.0, present a financial need, and have character recommendations as part of the eligibility requirements.


Knight-Hennessy Scholars at Stanford University

The Knight-Hennessy Scholars program promotes diversity in the multidisciplinary community of leaders from across the world and teaches them to collaborate as they prepare to face the challenges in society. As scholars, they will acquire loads of community experiences, engage in various workshops, and join global study trips.

To be qualified for the program, students must attend a graduate program at Stanford University as full-time students. Also, they should have graduated between January 2014-September 2021 and are available to residents from around the world.

Disability Scholarships

Scholarships for students with disabilities are available from scholarship sources. Students who are Deaf, blind, or otherwise physically challenged will find scholarships in this list, as will students with inheritable illnesses, cancer or heart problems, intellectual or developmental impairments, learning disabilities or learning disparities, or who have a disabled parent.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Scholarship for Cancer Survivors

Bristol Myers Squibb Company, a New York-based pharmaceutical organization, manufactures prescription medications and biologics in various therapeutic areas such as cancer, cardiovascular illnesses, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, psychiatric disorders, and rheumatoid arthritis.

The scholarship program is for cancer survivors, who are 25 years old and under, planning to continue their vocational or college programs. Applicants must have a physician’s proof of diagnosis that they got treatment and survived cancer. Also, they have to enroll in an undergraduate curriculum in a higher education institution as full-time students. The GPA must be a minimum of 3.5. A scholarship award worth $10,000 will be available to 25 students.


The John Lepping Memorial Scholarship

The John Lepping Memorial Scholarships help disabled young individuals aspiring to continue their education. The organization is aware of the struggles that their families went through to financially support college education, their medication, and rehabilitation procedure simultaneously. Hence, they welcome youths with disabilities to apply for the said program.

There will be four recipients of a scholarship award worth $5,000. To be eligible, students must provide proof of their disabilities, such as spinal cord injury, psychological conditions, PTSD, and a letter of confirmation from the physician. Also, they have to be U.S. citizens based in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.


Jacqueline Shearer Memorial Scholarship

The Jacqueline Shearer Memorial Fund was created to honor and carry out Jacqueline Shearer’s legacy. At age 11, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and battled for more than ten years.

The scholarship program is open to young adults, from 15-39 years old, who are cancer survivors or who supported a parent or sibling who had cancer.  Applicants have to exhibit financial need and are planning to pursue a college degree. They have to be in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan zone, to be eligible for the program.

Scholarships by GPA

GPA (or Grade Point Average) criteria are one of the most common types of scholarships. A minimum GPA is nearly generally required for merit-based scholarships, but a minimum GPA might also be required for need-based scholarships. GPAs are typically graded on a four-point system, and the highest GPA you can mention on your profile at Scholarships.com is a 4.0. You’ll need to convert your GPA to the 4.0 scale to add it to your profile if your institution utilizes a 5.0 or 6.0 scale.

Crimson Transfer Scholarship

Transfer students enrolled at the Gwynedd Mercy University as full-time learners can apply for the Crimson Transfer Scholarship. Upon application, they must already hold a 3.0 GPA and have completed the initial admissions process. The recipient can renew their scholarship for three years as long as they keep a minimum of 3.0 GPA.


Mother Mary Bernard Scholarship

First-time students at the Gwynedd Mercy University can apply for the Mother Mary Bernard Scholarship program. As part of the selection process, this program is based on the applicant’s high school GPA. The scholarship is open for renewal for up to three years, as long as they’ve maintained a minimum 2.75 GPA. The award amount ranges from $18,000-$19,000.


McAuley Scholarship

The McAuley Scholarship is offered to students of Gwynedd Mercy University who hold a minimum of 3.5 GPA. Students must be first-time students at the university and are part of the Honors Program. Normally, those under McAuley Scholarship can qualify for the Presidential Scholarship–a full-tuition grant. The award amount ranges from $18,000-$19,000.

Diversity Scholarships

Minority students of diverse backgrounds and races make up a considerable percentage of the college population in the United States. The criteria for diversity student scholarships vary but are not limited to ethnicity or race. Multi-ethnic students should be eligible for at least one of the diversity scholarships listed.

APIA Scholarship Program

APIA Scholars (previously Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund) is the biggest 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the US offering college scholarships ranging from one-time awards of $2,500 to multi-year awards of $20,000. Students from underrepresented backgrounds are eligible to apply.

All APIA Scholarship Program applications must be submitted online. For the academic year 2022-2023, applications are accepted from September 8, 2021, to January 26, 2022.


eQuality Scholarship Collaborative

eQuality Scholarship Collaborative offers educational assistance to students who have served the gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender community. Applicants of any sexual orientation are welcome to apply.

Dorrance Scholarship

Dorrance Scholarships are need-based awards that help Arizona high school graduates pursue undergraduate degrees at public universities. Under certain conditions, the scholarship will be renewed for an additional four years or eight semesters.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Arizona residents who are high school seniors eventually enrolling in one of Arizona’s three residential public universities as first-generation college students
  • Must demonstrate financial need
  • A GPA of 3.0
  • SAT 1110 or ACT 22 (minimum)
  • Reside on campus during the first and sophomore years

To be considered, your application must be sent on or before the February 9 deadline.


Advantage Iowa Award

The Advantage Iowa award is for students from an underrepresented group who wishes to study at the University of Iowa or other institutions that have joined the Upward Bound program. In this merit-based scholarship, applicants must be full-time students with a GPA of 2.0. 

Applications are accepted on or before December 1 every year. Applicants who are not residents of Iowa are eligible for this scholarship.


The Skin Care Ox: Beauty + Wellness Scholarship for Women

Women who strive to live healthy lives can apply for the Skin Care Ox: Beauty + Wellness Scholarship for Women program. This scholarship is for high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students committed to maintaining personal wellness. Women residing in the US and enrolled in any major may apply, regardless of GPA.

A maximum of 500 words must be written according to the topic listed on their site. The quality of your writing will be judged according to the originality, creativity, and advocacy of healthy lifestyle choices. The short online application must be completed and submitted by midnight PST on January 1, March 31, June 30, and September 30 every year. 


Hispanic Youth Heritage Awards

The 23rd annual Youth Awards by the Hispanic Heritage Program honors Latino high school students who excel in the classroom and the community for their accomplishments in various categories. If you’re pursuing business, education, sustainability, engineering, healthcare, public service, and media, you can try and apply for this program. 

To qualify, you must be a senior high school student with a 3.0 GPA. You should be of Hispanic heritage, coming from the Philippines, Spain, and Brazil. You should be enrolling for college within the 2022-2023 academic year. Visit their page for more details.


Illustrating Awesomeness Scholarship

Next Day Animations (under Simplicity Works) has launched the Illustrating Awesomeness Scholarship, which provides opportunities for young women and other non-conforming individuals of color. To be eligible, you should be enrolled in an accredited school. High school seniors who haven’t graduated yet won’t be considered. This scholarship program is specifically intended for undergraduate college students. Spring application has finished but checks out their site as the Fall 2021 application will soon start.

5 Strong Scholarship

5 Strong Foundation supports aspiring future leaders with its scholarship programs for historically black colleges or universities. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • High school senior who demonstrates exceptional leadership potential,
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8, a minimum ACT score of 19, or a minimum SAT score of at least 980, 
  • A resident of Metro Atlanta (or within the nine counties surrounding Atlanta) 

Participants are expected to attend all five Strong College Prep sessions (bi-monthly). Students must also have a strong desire to attend HBCUs.

The 5 Strong Scholarship award amount is $40,000. Applications must be submitted on or before December 1, 2021.


Thomas R. Pickering Scholarship

Minorities, women, people struggling economically, and members of historically underrepresented groups may apply to the scholarship program that emphasizes the importance of diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, races, and geographies.

To be considered, you must meet the following:

  • Create a personal statement that consists of 600 words or less.
  •  Two letters of recommendation. One comes from a faculty member or professor and another from someone familiar with your organization, activities, and academics. 
  • A statement of financial need 
  • FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) for the 2021-2022 academic year
  • Must be a US citizen

The deadline for all applications will be on September 22, 2021. There will be 45 finalists who will be selected on November 19, 2021.


Armenian American Medical Society

This scholarship was created to help deserving Armenian students attending healthcare programs.

Some of the eligibility criteria include:

  • Be active members of the Ameranian community
  • Enrolled as full-time students
  • Attending accredited institution
  • Taking up medical, physician assistant, dental, nursing, and other professional healthcare programs

PepsiCo Cesar Chavez Latino Scholarship

This financial assistance program was formed by the collaboration of PepsiCo and the Cesar Chavez Foundation to support Latino students attending post-secondary schools. Students demonstrating academic excellence are the sole targets of this project.

To be eligible, students should be attending full-time students and meet the GPA requirement of at least 3.0. They also have to be legal citizens of the US or hold a permanent resident status and study at an Arizona-based college.


Air Products Women of Gases & Welding Scholarship

Air Products is committed to promote and support technical education for several years. One of its initiatives to champion this cause is by forming a scholarship program for women pursuing a career in the welding industry.

Students planning to submit their application must be female attending a welding-related degree program. They must not be older than 18 years old, holding a high school diploma, and a legal citizens of the US. They have to be enrolled as full-time students with at least a 2.5GPA to be eligible for application. The scholar will receive $2,500 worth of financial assistance.

To apply, you’ll need to answer an essay question: How do you use creativity in problem-solving? Applications must be submitted by November 15, 2021.
