World Campus Japan Summer Program

World Campus International offers Japan short-term study abroad programs lasting six weeks. Participants will be exposed to Japanese culture, daily life, and businesses while gaining international experience and enhancing their personal and professional networks.

There are three session schedules for summer 2022. Each session is conducted in different cities and on different schedules.

Maastricht University

The university has about half of its student body and one-third of its faculty from abroad, making it one of the Netherlands ‘ most international universities. Nearly all of their courses are taught in English, and you can choose to study from numerous fields, such as Business and Economics, Law, Science and Engineering, Health Medicine and Life Sciences, Arts and Social Sciences, and Psychology and Neuroscience. Oxford Royale Academy Oxford Summer School Program

The SJSU Exchange Rotterdam Business School program will allow you to earn credits for all the completed courses, in which you can gain an advantage when you proceed to graduate school or start applying for a job. Applicants may also become eligible for financial aid and scholarships. Get ready to immerse yourself in Dutch culture as you join the Rotterdam Business school.

The application deadline is October 1, 2021. The required GPA is 2.5. If you’re a sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student, you can apply to this program.

Florence University of the Arts Study Abroad

Students interested in the Florence and Italy programs should be curious, global-minded, and committed to impacting the local landscape during their studies.

Oxford Royale Academy Oxford Summer School Program

Advanced Medicine Summer School for Adults program exposes future professionals in the field to a cutting-edge medical research and practice facility. At the end of your Summer School, you will attend a memorable ceremony and receive a certificate of completion. You’ll also receive an academic grade card with reports on the courses and credits from Oxford University.

Exchange students will attend at least 15 hours of sessions per week. Each class will have a maximum of 10 students only, who will attend five lectures and seminars. You can apply now for your summer program in 2022.

European Study Abroad Center Prague Summer Program

This summer, Prague, Czech Republic, will be the location of ESAC’s study abroad program, running from July 5 – July 30, 2022. The summer program targets college students and recent graduates interested in business, hospitality, marketing, and accounting.

You should be flexible and independent and maintain good academic performance in your accredited college or university to qualify. You should have a GPA of 2.5. The deadline for applications will be on March 2022.

Adelante Semester Abroad in Seville Program

Get your degree from this fully accredited public university Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Seville, Spain. The Adelante Study Abroad Program offers two optionswith language, culture, arts, science, and history classes. In a semester, students select up to five classes totaling 15 credit hours. Courses can be grouped into Program A for beginners to intermediate speakers or Program B for intermediate to advanced speakers.

A 2.9 GPA is required. Applications for the Spring 2022 are accepted until November 1, 2021. You may also apply for the Fall 2022 season on or before July 2022.

Study Abroad at AUT University in New Zealand

With 6,000 international students from 140 nations studying at AUT in Auckland, New Zealand, exchange students become part of a vibrant community as they study Art and Design, Business, Law, Science, Social Sciences, or Sport and Recreation.

Tallinn University Exchange Studies

The University of Tallinn welcomes exchange students warmly. Studying at Tallinn University will allow you to be part of a dynamic, contemporary university known for being Estonia’s student-friendly university. During exchange studies at Tallinn University, students can take courses in English from several different study fields. Check this page for more information about applications and deadlines.

University of Limerick Study Abroad

The University of Limerick in Ireland offers study abroad opportunities to over 2,000 international students annually. Through their partnership with over 300 universities worldwide, they provide students with the opportunity to spend a semester abroad.

A UL degree includes a Study Abroad placement that typically lasts one semester; it is a fully recognized academic component. They remain enrolled in UL full-time and do not pay tuition to the host university while studying abroad. Students can study abroad in the Americas, Asia, and Oceania (under non-EU Exchange) or within Europe (under the ERASMUS+ program).

IFSA Study Abroad University of Oxford Partnership

The University of Oxford partnership lets you enroll in any program at any of the nine Oxford Colleges. Visiting students will be attending a particular college in their chosen field of study. Students and tutors meet one-on-one or in small groups during tutorials. To apply, you need to have a GPA of 3.7 and must have a credit load of 12 to 24. The deadline for applications is January 15 annually.

Toucan Abroad

The highly enriching physical therapy shadowing program from Toucan Abroad is offered in Cartago, Costa Rica, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The program exposes students to licensed physical therapist work in 40 to 60 hours of clinical observations of different physical therapy specialties. While being personally mentored by licensed PTs, your hands-on skills will be developed. Applications for the Cartago, Costa Rica program are ongoing, while the winter program applications for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, will start on October 13, 2021.

Study Abroad in Egypt with the American University in Cairo

An English-language, US-accredited institution, American University in Cairo (AUC) is a state-of-the-art institution. By studying at AUC, you strengthen your academic skills while gaining insight into the Arab culture. Egypt’s global university, AUC, allows students to gain valuable global perspectives, form relationships with diverse student bodies, and understand the world.

One of their sophisticated study-abroad programs in International Business and Entrepreneurship.You can develop your intercultural and entrepreneurial skills simultaneously as you learn and explore how to maximize economic opportunities addressing social changes worldwide.

International Exchange Programs at Sharjah, UAE

The purpose of this program is to provide as many opportunities for exchange as possible to AUS students and faculty. Faculty members are invited to send and host visiting scholars, develop exchange agreements with other universities worldwide, and be admitted to the top global exchange consortiums.

US applicants may apply to theAbroad at AUS programfor the summer or fall through Academic Programs International or International Student Exchange Program.Summer program applicants must submit the requirements on or before the first Saturday of October. Fall applications are accepted until the first Saturday of March.

LdM Florence

Due to its historic significance, LdM Florence is the perfect place to study different fields like fine arts, anthropology, architecture, fashion design, and the Italian language. Over 500 courses are available, all in English. However, Italian language classes are also available. Internships at leading museums, artisan businesses, and small companies are available to students.

Their January Intersession Program lasts for three weeks and runs 45-60 hours per term. Their courses are taught in English. This program is intended for undergraduates, independent students, and adults who want to study in Florence.

Study Abroad in Rome at John Cabot University

Apply to Study Abroad in Rome at John Cabot Universityis a semester-based study abroad program. Professors who hold advanced degrees and are experts in their field will provide guidance and mentoring. Join clubs, do community service, and take part in cultural activities at the University.

Apply for the spring program on or before October 15.

For other yearly seasonal applications, these deadlines apply:

College Year in Athens

Join College Year in Athens (CYA) and experience Greek life. CYA’s Winter Intersession Programis open for students interested or pursuing degrees and careers in Anthropology or Archaeology. In a three-week program, students will participate in trips around Athens and explore the excavation projects in the suburb of Voula.

The CYA Winter Intersession Program runs from January 3-21, 2022.

AIFS Study Abroad Program (January 2022 Term)

Under the American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS) Study Abroad Program, students will receive academic credits from the Universitat Autnoma de Barcelona (UAB) in Spain and volunteer with a local NGO.

AIFS’ January 2022 term Study Abroad Program is open to interested students. The course selections are Spanish Art and Cultural Heritage and International Business. Students can choose a Spanish homestay accommodation or a shared apartment housing.

AIFS offers a comprehensive insurance program and 24/7 emergency support.

IES Abroad

A non-profit organization, IES Abroad offers over a hundred enhanced study abroad opportunities to students interested in exploring and living in more than 30 countries.

The organization sets a high standard for study abroad safety and health with its 70 years of experience. Health, safety, and crisis management are among the core competencies of their staff. The organization offers support before, during, and after the trip.

The Education Abroad Network

Two university volunteers founded Education Abroad Network in 1995. Since then, it has created a multi-cultural network across Asia. The candidates study at renowned institutions while experiencing a unique culture and lifestyle.

You can study in China, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Vietnam, and Thailand. You have higher chances of participating in the program if you plan on studying Engineering, Business, Communications, Health, or Social Sciences.

Academic Programs International API

The Academic Programs International organization specializes in providing exchange programs for Americans. There is no restriction on the student’s location, however. Europe, Latin America, Australasia, and Asia are just a few of the options. You can study in England, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Italy, and Argentina.

Erasmus University Exchange Program

The Erasmus University Exchange Program was created in 1987. A project of the European Union, it continues to support university students who wish to study, train, or intern abroad. The program facilitates the exchange of over 3 million students.

Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) accepts exchange students and offers study abroad opportunities beyond EUR. Qualified students also get grant opportunities to cover some of the costs associated with moving abroad.

China Studies Program

Spend one or two semesters at Shanghai University, one of the world’s top-ranked learning institutions, through the China Studies Program.

Through this study program, you discover Shanghai, the world’s fastest-growing economy, while living amongst 1.4 billion people. This famous commercial hub is also an excellent place to study Chinese culture.

The China Studies Program application process is simple, and you can receive a confirmation of your study placement as fast as one day after your application.

Bali International Program on Asian Studies

Through the Bali International Program on Asian Studies, Study at Udayana University for a semester or two and explore Indonesian culture. Explore different areas of study and network with fellow students from anywhere in the world while learning Bali’s unique culture, history, and economy.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program

Designed for professionals and working students, the Humphrey Fellowship Program is an exchange program managed by the Fulbright Commission. Program participants will be grouped in different universities in the US and network with their American peers. They will attend conferences and share their professional work experiences.

The US Congress funds this program, as administered by the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The funding covers tuition, language training, living allowances, medical insurance benefits, book allowance, computer subsidies, air travel, and professional development allowance.

TechGirls International Summer Exchange Program

Girls from all over the world can engage in international workshops and conferences through this summer exchange program. Three weeks will be spent in the United States, during which participants will learn the principles crucial to leadership.

  • You originate from one of the following countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Territories, and Tunisia
  • You are at least be 15 to 17 years old
  • You can speak English
  • You demonstrate knowledge in technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • You plan to study and pursue the technology field
  • You are mature, flexible, and open to learning
  • Upon returning to your home country, you will attend secondary school for an additional semester

Greenheart Exchange

The Greenheart Exchange is a non-profit organization that facilitates cultural exchanges among people throughout the globe. Students can travel to study abroad in 19 different countries worldwide, including Australia, Brazil, Brazil, and China, through Greenheart Travel.

With an eco-friendly mission for teens, Greenheart Travel offers semester and year abroad programs. It is actively involved in carbon emission reduction projects and donates a portion of its tuition to the cause. Students also become part of the Greenheart Club, where they get to meet members locally and internationally.

Participation in Greenheart Travel programs requires a GPA of at least 2.75, physical and mental stability, and the desire to be a part of a host family and community.

The Experiment in International Living

The Experiment in International Living offers immersion experiences globally. A group of students would set out an eight-day cruise across the Atlantic. In this activity, students gain valuable skills such as leadership, language, and cultural acceptance. They thrive in diverse environments and become prepared for success for college and their future careers.

Rotary Youth Exchange

Rotary Youth Exchange encourages leaders to become proactive contributors to their localities while committing to the values of peace and justice. When you join this program, you’ll be collaborating with like-minded individuals who are dedicated and passionate leaders and volunteers.

If you choose a long-term program, you’ll live with multiple host families and attend local schools during the academic year. The short-term exchange lasts anywhere between a few days and three months. You’ll participate in camps tours or homestays when school is not in session.

Pepperdine University International Program

Providing students with a study-abroad program is an integral part of Pepperdine University’s college program since 1963. In addition to fostering the idea of being fully engaged citizens both locally and internationally, students are encouraged to engage in multicultural and international study experiences.

Coordinate with their program coordinator and inquire regarding their application requirements. This program is available in different overseas locations like the UK, US, Switzerland, Germany, Argentina, and Italy.

Duke University Domestic Exchange Program-Howard University Exchange

The Trinity College of Arts and Sciences maintains exchange programs with two universities in the U.S., Howard University in Washington, DC, and Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. This program is offered for domestic students. Duke students may take courses at either institution during a semester and receive credit for them at Duke.

Here’s how to apply:

  • Fill out the online application
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Official grade scores or transcripts of record from colleges attended.
  • Personal statement
  • Two letters of recommendation The deadline for application will be on November 1 for Fall submissions and April 1 for Spring.

Syracuse University Exchange Program

You can come to Syracuse University as an exchange student if you’re attending one of the universities with an exchange agreement with Syracuse University. The tuition fees are not charged at Syracuse University for exchange students. You will need to pay your home university all related fees and any other fees that are not related to tuition.

Interested in this program? Prepare the following requirements:

  • Passport copy
  • Transcripts or grade records for college studies
  • Documentation showing fees and costs of attendance (bank statement or funding letter in English).
  • TOEFL or IELTS exam results
  • Filled out Housing Request Form

Middlebury Study Abroad Program

Middlebury’s exchange partners are the University of East Anglia in Norwich and Nottingham in England. Students requiring financial aid, in particular, benefit from these exchange programs. There is also an arrangement for Middlebury students to study at the Lincoln College at the University of Oxford, though these students are not eligible for financial aid.

A meeting with an advisor is highly recommended before completing an application for any program.

Middlebury students applying to universities and programs externally sponsored must submit the Middlebury Study Abroad Application by February 1 of each year.

Elon University Elon Centers Abroad Program

The Elon Center’s programs offer students in the US and abroad unique opportunities to engage in global engagement programs while at Elon University.

Here’s how to apply for this program:

  • Read the instructions for the application and submit all documents before the deadline to have a successful application.
  • One program application will be accepted per term.

EF Language Year Abroad

EF Language Year Abroad is a student exchange program that can be taken in 6, 9, or 11 months. Guanghua School of Management at Peking University-ASU Exchange Program

Arizona State University students of WP Carey school can apply for this exchange student program to Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Nominated students from Peking University can also apply for an equivalent exchange student through Guanghua School of Management’s website.

Students will be enrolled in courses such as financial management, economic finance, and marketing. Classes will be taught in Mandarin or English. The program also requires students to enroll in two credit Chinese language courses (Business Chinese).

The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich-ASU Exchange Program

This program is offered to qualified undergraduates of Arizona State University who are taking up the Humanities, Business, Social Sciences, or Physical Sciences discipline and are interested in studying abroad through an exchange program. They will be going to the University of Munich, a known research university in Germany.
